The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product information and completing sales transactions. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Qualification:

• Diploma/ Professional Certificate/ STPM/ SPM with more than 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Previous retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Basic math skill for handling transactions and providing change
• Ability to work Flexible schedule
• Familiarity with point-of-sale system.
